I am truly grateful that holidays such as Thanksgiving and Christmas bring together family and friends. I guess I am grateful to the government for declaring holidays so that people can get together and celebrate, too.
I fell asleep this morning with a huge smile on my face thinking about how many people would be surrounded by their loved ones today. Aside from being thankful for the obvious reasons : my spouse and family, friends, The Gospel, food, clothing, shelter, etc..., I found myself thinking about how thankful I am that millions of people can gather with their families and friends this week/weekend. Ahhhh, such a warm, happy thought. Seriously, it made me so happy to think about.
