Clark Tobler: Family Clothing Historian

Over the years, Clark has collected various articles of clothing from each of his four brothers. Most items are of the coat/jacket category, but Clark isn't a picky guy.  If something may still have some use, he'll probably keep it and find an opportunity to use it.  I hope this doesn't reflect my inability as a wife to keep my husband properly clothed...

Clark's favorite hand-me-down: the navy blue Gore-Tex rain jacket from Griggs (a Pasco department/everything store that has stood the test of time and multiple bad economies).  Formerly owned by Chad.  Loved well by Clark. This rain jacket has traveled with Clark everywhere.  All around the U.S., Germany, Italy, France, Spain, Australia, New Zealand, Southeast Asia, and Ireland/UK. It's still holding up well and I foresee this item having a few more years of solid use.

Here Clark is modeling Jake's old snowboarding jacket.  Quick history of this jacket: Clark's friend Brandon "borrowed" the jacket for 4 years, then returned the coat to Clark while Clark was visiting Brandon back in Seattle in 2007.

The coat Clark wore through a couple of harsh Colorado winters while on his mission. This is his own personal item.

Chad's Y2K jacket.  Janet insisted that Clark inherit this gem. Warm, paint-splattered, covered in stains of all colors, perfect for a career of homelessness.

Jake's warm mission coat which was first given to Chad and then handed down to Clark.  It's kept Clark mighty warm on his bike rides to work during the winter.

Blue Eddie Bauer coat, given to Clark from Kyle, who received if from Jeff, who "borrowed" it from a guy named Moses during high school. 

Florida t-shirt, shorts, and a rain jacket passed on to Clark from Jeff. The rain coat was actually Jeff's mission jacket. Florida is reflected in more athletic clothes of Clark's than any other university.  I think I need to remedy this.

Army long-sleeved shirt and tie both given to Clark from Kyle.  Many long runs have been completed in this Army shirt. 

As we packed up our apartment, some of these articles did not make the cut and sadly, they were taken to the thrift store.  But I cannot state which, as I don't want to insult anyone who thought Clark would forever keep every article of clothing he's ever been entrusted with.

Thank you to all the brothers who've contributed to Clark's wardrobe.  Many items have been well-used and will continue to be worn for years to come.

***Corrections:
The blue Gore-Tex jacket that Clark loves was previously his father's; Chad merely had an identical jacket in a smaller size.  Glad to know we can also include a previous item of Karl's in Clark's wardrobe.
Jeff's mission raincoat was previously owned by someone else! Chad states it was initially one of Jeff's high school friend's from whom he "borrowed" the jacket before his mission. 
So, if Clark is the Tobler family clothing historian, is Jeff the Tobler family klepto?
