The signs you see in Wilmington...


We had to visit our bank in Wilmington today (since Chase bank is not represented at all in PA).  We saw this sign from our parked car.  I didn't even know that people ate muskrats.  Huh.

I find that the second Muskrats of the season are actually a little bit more tasty.

The first ones of the season are too fatty (which is probably why they were the first ones to be caught).
