It's a Polar rs200sd heart rate monitor! It comes with a chest transmitter strap and a foot pod to gauge my distance, pace and heart rate! I can't wait for the little guy to get here! Quite an investment but I am hopeful that my training will drastically improve. Since I can't do all of my workouts and runs with my friend/coach Jenna, this will be the next best thing!

My New Running Buddy
I just purchased this little gem:

Quite an investment but I am hopeful that my training will drastically improve. Since I can't do all of my workouts and runs with my friend/coach Jenna, this will be the next best thing!
